Decent box, could improve packaging
I got the Seasons of Japan Subscription Box. The variety of snacks was great, loved the Matcha Powder and some of the Senbei Rice Crackers. Shipping took about a week and a half, which is reasonable for direct from Japan. My main gripe was the packaging; a few of the more delicate items, like a Castella Cake, were a bit squished when they arrived. Nothing ruined, but it could definitely be better. Customer service was responsive when I asked about tracking. Good value for what you get, but they could reinforce the box better.
Loved my Hello Kitty snacks!
Oh my gosh, I just received my Hello Kitty Snacks order and it's absolutely adorable! Everything was so cute and delicious, especially the little cookies. It arrived quicker than I thought it would, too, maybe a week. The website was super easy to navigate and find exactly what I wanted.
